Tell me about a time you had to say no to a boss/superior.
If Excel crashed how would you figure out what the problem was and how to fix it?
What would you do if you couldn't open a webpage?
A technical question where they provided logs and sheets of information and I had to walk them through the problem solving process.
Pretty streamlined and straight forward. No too much preparation needed. Just need to think and ask clarifying questions in order to get more information. It is better to ask questions than to assume.
