Had two interviews. The first one was with the manager in charge of all their restaurants at LaGuardia Airport. It went really well, even though this gentleman was cursing occasionally, it was fine. The second interview I was supposed to meet with one their partners. I showed up at LaGuardia airport, and I called the number they gave me. To my surprise the partner was not in New York. Since I was there, I interviewed with another manager, who was not prepared at all to interview me. Huge lack of professionalism. I did not get an offer, I am glad I did not. Now I work as a manager at at prestigious restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. If your are professional, do not work at OTG.

Interview process was fun got to the airport had a personal escort through TSA had multiple interviews the only down side was paying for parking multiple times other than that was a great process.

Got this job offer through a staffing agency. They called me and found this job. They were really nice ladies. But the first time I went for an interview the guy he was nice but made a discriminating comment. He was also late for the interview. The numbers they had given me to call once I was there was out of service. . .Second interview/day in the life my interviewer was very late. How professional. I walked around and learned what I would be doing. Didn't like it at all, gave a negative outlook on things. Management needs to be worked on.
