Speaking initially to the HR recruiter, I very clearly stated that I was looking for a senior role in Product including people management (matching my experience) and that I am looking to work 4 days a week (which is extremely common in The Netherlands).
Following this, he planned in a 1hr interview call for a Product Owner role with the CPO in India whose video feature was broken so I was on video but looking at a blank screen. Yes, this can happen but then maybe call me via phone instead?
Finally, I received a rejection email stating in the email that they expect me to work 6 days a week (!!) instead of the requested 4 days a week. Is this even legal?
