Good communicatoin during interview process.

Two phone interviews. Both by same individual. Very honest, we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the job. I was asked general questions about my research, and career goals. Two day on campus interview. I met many people on the team I was interviewing with. Many questions involved whether I wanted to leave academia, why I was interested there. Very friendly atmoshphere. I gave a very good talk. I had prepared and practiced. I was given many questions, some challenging during/ after the talk.
