The process was very straight forward, you should aim to be very giddy and smily about the job. Have a good sense of taking care of older ones and you should be golden. Also, show a strong desire to learn how to be effective at multitasking

Interview
It was easy. I pretty much knew I had the job when I walked out of there. It was more like a conversation than an intense interview. The manager made me feel comfortable and at ease.
the interview is on zoom. it is more like casual talk than a formal interview. very nice and friendly interviewer. Really have a present time. It went pretty smooth. and all questions were answered.

I went in, I was asked to speak about myself, got an overview on the company and position. Very easy interview. I also had to speak in Spanish because the position required you to be bilingual.
