I was referred by someone within the company. He gave me the recruiters name and phone number. I set up an interview with the recruiter and we met. The interviewer was very friendly and did a great job of explaining the position. I was offered the job in the interview but told I did not need to give an answer that day...go home and think about it for a couple of days, then call recruiter back with my answer.

The interview process is brief. Previous experience is not essential. Delayed response times. Explanation of role and duties is not very thorough. Come with a winning mentality. Be prepared to travel extensively.
