Applied to the job via their private career listing and was contacted about an interview 6 weeks later. Interview was scheduled a week later and it was assumed to be with a single HR rep and possibly one other person via Zoom. No attendee list was supplied. When the interview began it became apparent that this was with 5 staff members at once. Mostly the HR rep asked questions from a pre-planned list. Some of those questions had already been answered in previous answers but they were still asked over again. Questions from the OCC staff lasted for 50 minutes. I was then given 5 minutes to ask my own questions and encouraged to be brief and told their time was extremely limited. I was told all candidate interviews would complete in a week and a decision would be made the following week and that no further interviews would be conducted. No more contact was made by OCC through the following month, no reply to a follow-up from myself, and no notice given if the position was filled by another candidate.
