One on one experience related interview. Very laid back as if you were just talking as friends. Interview went well, however it took quite a while to get the offer.

What is an example of a difficult customer you've dealt with?
The interview process is fairly casual and standard. You aren't thrown into an awkward, interrogative style of interview. For the most part, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comforting. Don't be intimidated if you aren't familiar or already using Oakley's products; they understand that the price point is a bit higher.
