I had originally applied for a different role and was asked to schedule an interview for that. However, after I submitted my availability, I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter and he informed me of this role and asked for an interview. However, when I logged on for the virtual interview, he was clearly not prepared as he was in the middle of driving. He made it very clear he took no time to look over my resume or manage his time to conduct a professional interview. I was once again ghosted after that call, so I cannot speak to the rest of the process.
