Oaks Properties interview questions

First was a general interview from the HR head person over the phone. He asked a lot of questions about your experience and why are you looking and what stood out to you about the position. Then follow up by a meeting with the regional and himself at the property. Honestly this interview was one of the best ones I have been to, not because of the process but the two people interviewed me were so nice and personable. I felt as it was more of an interview to get to know me more so than my experience. The company is small but seems to be very family oriented and caring.
