Brilliant process, very informative and fun - an interview was actually fun. They talked through my experience, competency questions, showed me the office, what was required, and then we had a real life working interview - really good.

Met several people in the business from the owners to staff and got a good insight in to how it was run, i personally thought it was very good. Nothing bad to say about it, they got in to detail about what you have done and your background but that is necessary
