Interview
Met with Director of finance, HR, and President. I also had a second round with the CFO. I also had to take a drug test and background check. I was asked about my management style and a lot about my experience in finance and accounting. It was a new position so it seemed they wanted to be sure that I had the right qualifications.

Interview
my first interview was with HR person, which gave me the highlights of the job and company.
Afterwords i had an interview with the direct manager.
After that I had 2 interviews with two higher level managers.
