The interview consisted of three parts, until I gave up. 1) Initial phone screen and online test 2) Second phone screen and online test 3) a four hour test followed up by a three hour interview After two tests, you might think that I would be able to talk to someone to understand what the company is or what they do. They refused to answer most questions prefering to wait until the formal interview. Once I was told about the 4 hour test, I wanted to know what they were doing and a little about the job. They simply took me out of the running. I would run, not walk away from this place.
