First a screening call with HR, following by an interview with the manager, then a Caliper assessment online, more interviews with two colleagues of the same team, and a final interview with the C-Suite. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

I applied through an external recruiter. After my resume was shortlisted, I went through 2 rounds of interviews - one with the hiring manager and another joint interview with the CTO and director of engineering. I also had to complete a Caliper test after all interview rounds have been completed.
