I applied online. I interviewed at Ocado Logistics (Sheffield, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Depends on the number of candidates, but usually some sort of group exercise, a short presentation about a site specific area (KPI of some sort), and then a interview panel.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Had a two minute gap at the end of the interview where I was ask why I should get the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ocado Logistics (London, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
I received an email for an interview as a team manager in their Zoom Warehouse in Canning town. I was taken into a room which was messy, jackets and clothes on the floor and it smelt like sweat and feet. The interview was quite informal and very clear that no specific questions had really been prepared, I was asked questions such as how would I describe myself as a manager. However, the person conducting my interview seemed more interested in knowing why I was leaving my current company for Ocado and despite me giving an answer each time it still wasn't good enough for them. Not sure why he was so bothered in finding out why I was looking to leave and gave me the impression that moving to Ocado was probably not the best option for my next career move.
