Interview
I applied for an Engineer role and had a very good experience in the first round. They were very friendly and we had some meaningful interactions. However, the process seemed skewed thereafter as they were not testing the main skills necessary at the job. As a result, the interview process significantly diverged from what was initially advertised. Further, while they required knowledge of Python, they tested for C++. They didn't even give an opportunity at testing my main skills after I did not perform well in the programming round.
