Occidental Petroleum Geologist interview questions

Interviewers asked questions primarily about technical experience and previous internships. There were no "HR" or personality questions that some of the bigger companies are known to ask. The interview was conducted by two younger employees followed by a separate question session with an older, more experienced geologist. About two weeks following the interview, I received an offer via phone for a summer internship.
