Applied through University Job Board. Was accepted for the interview and interview was held a couple days after that. The interview was between myself and one of their Engineers, he asked a couple questions about myself and then a few basic behavioral questions. Received an offer within two weeks.

Interviewed with 2 people. One wanted to stay on track with STAR questions and the other just wanted to talk which made it an awkward interview. At the end they said I would hear something in the next week but I never heard back.

I applied through university and the process took 2 weeks for the first round of interview and 3+ month for the second interview. The first interview was on campus and the second was a brief phone interview.
