Long and personal with lots of chatting> He asked about my personal life and we discussed a lot about hospitality. I felt it was an average interview. I thought for sure this is going great but no.
The interview process is very easy at this establishment as it is a restaurant and as long as you have experience they will generally hire you for the correct position depending on how much experience you have and which position is best fitting.
