Casual chat with Octopus' recruitment, then 3 interviews with KrakenFlex. All very straight forward, friendly and nothing designed to catch you out or make you feel uncomfortable. The interviews were on Zoom with a mix of people from Krakenflex to get a good feel for how I'd work with different teams.
