The worst experience. I would think twice before you apply because this turned out to be the most unorganised and unnecessarily long interview (7 interviews and 3 days worth of take-home assignments which included the weekends) I’ve experienced. One hiring manager was friendly but all the other ones didn’t even know what questions to ask. The head of the team was late with no apology and he was not engaged at all which made me feel uncomfortable. There was a contradiction of information & sudden change of the process (e.g. adding extra rounds that were not mentioned initially). I had to chase them multiple times to get an outcome/promised action. I was exhausted by the end of the 7th interview. They chose the other candidate that had other skills that were not specified in the job description.
