Easy and fair enough, little to no engagement, just asking if I’d be happy to do door to door sales. Would recommend they ask more about your experience and expectations before applying
Overall it was an easy process, strong leadership team that was very insightful. Would recommend applying for a position here if you have the chance to do so. strong team and culture overall.
So I received a first phone call around 5 minutes to explain what the process willl be and when can I take the interview. Everything was then confirm by email and after the interview happen ask about me and then they explain their way of working and expectation.

It was really hard. The assessment day is 4 hours long, you are expected to do a role play, written assessment, sell a product, one on one interview and a group scenario discussion
