Once you apply, octopus send you a pre assessment.
Once that's complete, you receive a feedback sheet and then they will assess if you make it to the next stage or not.
Quite nerve racking as you have to video yourself answering questions, and being put on the spot you could mess up a few words like I did!

There are a few elements to the recruitment process including, the interview, online multiple choice questions, colour blindness tests, identification of components sections as well as a basic install and testing element.
