Initial communication from consultant was good. But BEWARE!!! The interviewer was very judgemental. The interviewer was very nervous himself though he was from IIM. He couldn't even look in my eyes and was not listening to me speaking and was too quick on judging on every answer of mine. I gave him three senior leaders phone numbers to vet my performance. I answered all his questions and puzzles well but he was not focussed on achievements and was focusing only on weaknesses and was only looking to discard me. I was neither introduced about the company or the role. I had a very NEGATIVE experience. THE INTERVIEWER SEEMED TO BE UNDERCONFIDENT HIMSELF. PLEASE DON'T JOIN IN THIS ROLE. HE IS NOT GENUINE. THE PERSON WHO LOOKS FOR WEAKNESSES ONLY IS WEAK HIMSELF.
