5 stage interview. An interview with Recruiter then hiring manager then 3 more separate interviews with stakeholders. Went to the final Interview stage and they didn’t reply for 2 weeks. I assumed they gave an offer to someone else but was waiting for them to accept before rejecting me. I asked for feedback but didn’t hear anything back.
