Interview
4 steps interview:
- informal chat with the internal recruiter, discussing about expectations and the job in general
- discussion about the job in depth with the tech lead, technologies used and the day-to-day job
- at home technical test. Nothing too difficult
- technical interview reviewing the test and some java question.
