Casual. Asked questions series of questions about past cinema experiences, favourite film, best food item they sell. Varies from person to person but for the most part it's easy just be outgoing and enthusiastic.

the interview process was very relaxed, with a very nice manager.Felt like a nice conversation, even if I didn't get an offer, it was a good experience. A lot of back and forth. Some of the questions were a bit odd such as the favourite food question, but it felt like they wanted to know me more as a person to see if i would fit in their team.
