Question 1
Tell me about yourself that is not written in your resume
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Odfjell (Seabrook, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
Virtual interview followed by face-to-face a six-person panel interview in Seabrook, TX. Odjfell does NOT reimburse you for your travel expenses, even when you travel from out of town! I drove 5 hours from Dallas to attend this interview, and to add insult to injury I have been GHOSTED by the HR and TA reps, along with the hiring manager, for over a month. I felt the interview went well, I felt I was qualified for the position and appropriately answered all the questions. The least you can do for your candidates is pay their travel expenses and provide timely feedback. You look cheap and disrespectful as a company.
