Interview
I was interviewed in late 2018. I applied online and after some followups from my end interview was conducted.
This review is regarding Odoo (India). I carry good relevant experience on some of the main business processes they were working on and overall experience of 5+ years in client facing profiles. During screening process, I felt they were less interested to understand what you were doing and how you fit in the company process or map your experience to their requirements and more just focused on what they have done(boasting!). After interview, they told I will have a revert from them. I personally felt interview went well and even they invested good time on my interview explaining how they work, which I really appreciated then.
I had several observations which were indifferent as compared to standard recruitment process of growing companies in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad.
They were searching people since March 2018 as listed on their site though initial multiple followups from job seeker and such interview does'nt show agressive hiring attitude if they really needed resources.
I wondered that whether they are really looking to hire people or it is just a marketing gimmick or due to less applications they receive, as JD listed on some of the renowned job portal sites like wisdom jobs, naukri etc. states they are looking for 5 FC's.
Hopefully, they are able to find experienced new joinees after a year of their job post once they serve 2-3 months of notice period and if employers relieve them, again incase they are really looking for employees;)
So, overall process was quite skeptical and thus I was not keen to follow-up again with them after interview was over. Good Luck guys:)
I don't think same recruitment process and professionalism is applicable at other geographies. Perhaps not the same!

Interview
4 Rounds: 30 mins, 30 mins, 3 hours, 15 mins (language check).
The interview was more on a casual side. Interviewers were professional. The interviewers were from HR, Head of department, Manager, and Team Lead.
It consist of 3 stage: online test, HR interview, and user interview. Hr is generic behavioral questions. User interview will give you a business case and you will be asked to translate it to system structure and configuration

Interview
I really appreciated the good process and the clear, step-by-step instructions provided before each interview round. The hiring managers took the time not only to evaluate my performance but also to give me thoughtful feedback, which helped me understand where I did well and where I could improve.
