Oerlikon interview questions

First interview with HR and general questions about my background. Second interview with the line manager and questions about my understanding about the industry and others. Then financial offer from HR and negotiation.

I interviewed with 4 people over 3 weeks. The male higher-up stated in the interview “it doesn’t take 3 weeks to hire someone” then preceded to tell me it would take another week before they made a decision—a complete lie. Two weeks after my final interview and it’s been radio silence. How difficult is it to send someone an email and say you were not selected? Even after I sent a follow up email, I didn’t get a response. They already knew who they were going to hire yet preceded to take me through multiple rounds of interviews. I don’t care that they didn’t hire me, however I do care that they didn’t have the human decency to follow up with me after they happily invited me to interview with their team members. For me, no follow up after several interviews means the entire process was a waste of my time. One of their core values is Integrity-these people exhibited none. Very unprofessional recruiting and HR team. The irony is, they have an entire section on their website about their hiring process, using words like ‘transparent’—WHAT.A.JOKE.
