Off Broadway Shoes interview questions

A group interview with about 10-15 candidates. The hiring manager said that whether we got the job or not, we would hear back from them on Friday. I was never contacted via phone or email

The interview was a phone interview then in person very relaxed and more customer based. Questions were collaborative and were easy to answer. Also asked about my future goals and what I aspired and why I wanted to work for the company.
