The initial interview was with a senior recruiter who was based in the Netherlands it was a very positive experience as it was very much a 2-way conversation questions and answers about your career and company but the second stage was with the Head Of Sales in the UK it was a very different story it was a very old fashion way of interviewing only one direction with a negative approach trying to find out was is wrong with the candidate rather than what was right I ended up thinking I am not going to accept the role at Office App had they offered me the job. Although feedback was offered when it came it was in a very standard type of email nothing concrete.
