HR Interview A few days after applying, I was contacted by a polite HR specialist. We discussed the key aspects of my professional experience, and she shared details about the company and its structure. We talked about my expectations of the company and what would be expected of me in the potential role. The interview was smooth and pleasant, without unnecessary pressure. A few days later, I had a second interview with the Engineering Manager and one of the team’s programmers. This conversation was more technically oriented – we discussed the technologies I had used, those used by the company, as well as details about the project and workflow. Technical Interview The technical interview was one of the most enjoyable interviews I’ve had. It was conducted as a system design task, and I worked alongside three team members. The atmosphere was calm and highly professional – the interviewers made an effort to create a stress-free environment. If I had questions or went in the wrong direction, they gently guided the conversation to test my reasoning and whether I could arrive at the correct solution. The additional questions about my proposals were relevant and technically in-depth, which made the interview both valuable and enjoyable.
