Two one on one interviews with MD and client services director. Discussed experience and suitability, personality fit. No case studies. Relatively informal. Culture seemed relaxed and welcoming.
it was a smooth process with friendly interviewers throughout. HR was proactive in reaching out and updating each step of the process. interview was straightforward and typical interview process can be expected
Come prepared. Lots of questions but they are overall nice and friendly. There are 2 stages of the interview process. The first one is with HR and direct line manager and the second is with the MD
