The interview process consist of technical test which includes basics of OOP/RDBMS followed by a technical & HR interview. I applied online through a Job portal & they asked me to come for a technical test. They did provide me with the entire interview process on call so that I can manage my time accordingly.(very helpful). I appeared for technical test & waited for an hour. They checked my paper & on the same day took my technical interview.(Value of time). Later they told me that they will setup telephonic HR interview if I am selected out of the batch they have in pipeline. I got a call right next day stating that I will have HR interview sometime in the noon that day. HR interview was very straight and simple asking me about my expectations(I was with no expectation I was happy with whatever I will get. reasons? 1. I was a almost a fresher 2. Peek recession time). I got the job & joined next day itself.
