Ohio Department of Insurance interview questions

3-person pannel interview consisting of 18 questions regarding insurance (property and casualty, health, life, and annuity). Was given the task to review a complaint sent by a consumer and was instructed to read the complain, determine if the insurer was in violation of any of the Ohio Revised codes, make a determination, and convey the results in writing to the customer.

Interview Is by a panel, dress to impress and have relevant examples for the required skills and expertise desired in the job app. Also have a few examples ready for difficult experiences with dealing with customers and how the issue was brought to resolution. This department is definitely heavy on the public interaction.
