An interview was scheduled within a couple of days of submitting the application. I did a panel interview with the direct supervisor, two other members of the department, and a representative from HR. The interview questions were thorough but not overly difficult. I could tell they were more interested in learning about my capabilities and interest in the position rather than trying to stump me with off the wall questions. I received an offer a week after the interview and accepted. It was a great experience from beginning to end, and everyone I interacted with were very kind and helpful.
