Written email screening + Two 30-minute behavioral interview rounds. One with regional sales team leaders, one with sales manager at a different location. Come prepared with stories about communication, teamwork, motivation, and leadership (STAR Method). Interviewers were not from HR, so if you're interviewed for other positions experience may vary, but the interviewers and recruiters (from email interactions) were genuinely interested in me as a person and had great energy, and made it very comfortable to respond to questions. 10 minutes of the interview are reserved for questions. Unfortunately I had to withdraw, but the interviewers made Okta seem like a great place to intern at. Would be excited at the opportunity to work with them in the future.
