Interview
I did an online virtual job interview. It was very accessible. I was able to start the interview with the interviewer at the exact scheduled time, and he was considerate of my time so that I could conduct the interview comfortably.

They told me specifically why I decided to leave my current job and what kind of work I would be responsible for if I were hired.
Casual in person interview. In an office with region manager. It took thirty mins and it was easy.
Interview office was in Surrey. You need your own car.
It was more like conversation.
