-got a phone call two days later to come in for an interview and to bring something that i am passionate about.
- the day of the interview there was 4 of us total. we talked about the items we brought, ( i brought a picture of my son), we played a bear, ninja and hunter game like rock paper scissors, she asked if we knew when the first old navy opened and the location, we were given 5 minutes to pick an outfit that is trending right now and asked us why we chose it, what is our favorite vacation spot, fun fact about us. then we all had a second group interview with the store manager. she picked on us individually and asked us questions. she only asked me two questions and then they said they will let us know in 2 days. i got a call today that i was hired and my orientation is in 2 DAYS!! the interview was very different but they made you feel super comfortable.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
