Interview
Applied online, received call for an interview the next day, had a group interview that weekend. The interview was not difficult at all. Play some games to make sure you can work as a team. Put an outfit together. Answer simple questions about the company and your work experience. Got a call a few hours after the interview that I got the job. They look for a good personality, but also a person who is willing to work hard. I got a call fast because I was referred by an employee and it was the seasonal time. If you happen to apply during the seasonal period and get hired there is always the chance that they will keep you...as long as you work hard and prove to them that you want to be there. In my group interview there were about 8 people and 3 of us were kept after seasonal.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
