Gorup interview, had to sel something to customers. It was on the spot and wasn’t expecting it so it was a little nerve wracking, but overall it was a good and interesting experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
I applied online and was called back the next day for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and lasted about 10 minutes; they asked questions like why are you interested in old navy, a time you talked to someone new, how could you provide outstanding customer service, what are you passionate about, etc. On the phone they asked me to come to a group interview. The group interview was very easy, we introduced ourselves, were asked to assemble an outfit, and played charades. I was called a view days later for a final interview where they asked a few more basic questions and then offered me a job.

Question 1
When was the last time you surprised someone and how?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Emeryville, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online, got a call a few days later and did a phone interview. Asked to come in for another one. Ended up being a group. Played a game where we went around the store and made an outfit for the theme "Date Night". Then you had to explain why you chose it and pretend that the interviewer was a customer and try to sell it. After the game, they asked basic interview questions. Took forever to get the paperwork through, probably because of the city-wide minimum wage increase. Probably took 3 weeks to 1 month. No drug test

If you could be an emoji, which one would you be and why?
