Interview
I was phoned for an interview, they asked me a few questions on the phone (why do you want to work here? etc.) and then they asked when I wanted to come in for an interview. It was a quick turnaround to go in, when I got there they asked me to wait out front and someone would come grab me. There were no other people interviewing when I was there, though I do know they do group interviews in the backroom for large seasonal hires.

They asked who their competitors are, they want to hear answers like "everyone" - they want to know you want to outsell everyone and sell everyone their stuff instead of less or more expensive clothing shops.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
