Interview
The interview took place in a group setting. It was a little awkward for me but it is helpful for some who might prefer it that way. It is sometimes hard to get a word in when you are put up against other candidates but the managers did a good job at trying to direct the questions to every body else.

Tell me about a time you failed. This question is a good opportunity to talk about what you have learned and is one of those weird ones where you don't want to be too personal so keep it professional.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
