Interview
I applied online on June 17th, 2015 Wednesday and got an email from the hiring manager at the Old Navy that I applied for on June 19th, 2015 Friday asking me to come to the group interview on June 21st, 2015 Sunday at 11 am. I came in 30 minutes early and even then the hiring manager came to us a couple of minutes late. First he gave us a tour of the store then had us try to find three things the group had in common. Then he had us go to the backroom and asked us questions and what we brought that we're passionate about, he then gave us five minutes to find one item in the store and asked why you picked the item. After the activity he had us put the items back and then asked about our availability and asked us if we had any further questions.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
