Interview
The interview was first a group interview with 7 other people. We shared an item that best described us, and went and picked outfits for an event and style we rolled on two dice. We then shared our outfits and explained them. We were all brought back for 2nd individual interviews and all hired.

What is the biggest mistake you have made?
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
