The interview was easy going. The interviewers were respectful and actively listening. All questions were focused on my background in the field of social services. They allowed me to reflect on my most difficult experiences as well as my successes.

Situation based yet concise. Questions were straight foward, but each questions answer built off of the next question. I want to say there were around 7 questions. It started off with introducing yourself and moved from there.
