Case interview was difficult but the interviewer helps you get through it. Had to figure out why a firm was losing money (ie costs were too high). Did not get an offer but my interviewer called me personally to give feedback.

Profit analysis case (maximizing revenue and minimizing costs)
The first part were two on-site same-day consecutive 45-minutes interviews with engagement managers, candidate-led cases with some behavioural questions as well. If selected to the second round, what followed was an online interview with a partner, mostly behavioural questions but also specific technical questions based on the feedback from the first round, in order to see if there was an improvement.

How many passengers travelled through Paris airport (CDG) during the olympics?
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.

Standard behaviorals -- why OW, tell me about a time when ___
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
