Touched base by email, easily scheduled phone call and had an interview over the phone with an HR rep. Took about 30 minutes and was very general. Asked about past difficult situations, overall experience with customer service, and how I'd handle not knowing what to do in a situation.

This was a lovely interview process. I feel like it was a perfect 2 way avenue of communication. It felt genuine and human. I left with great feelings about the company.
