Applied online, unnecessarily long screening phone call with hr that was pointless given they're not the hiring manager, virtual or in-person. They more than likely we'rent interested in hiring an external candidate. I didn't feel seen at all in the process. I imagine they plan to hire either a referral or another internal employee.
